Part of NutriNeuro laboratory, an INRAE-Bordeaux INP-Universit\u00e9 de Bordeaux joint research unit, its aim is to support industrial partners in demonstrating the impact of their molecules of interest (nutrients, foods, drug molecules) on brain function and on the prevention of mood and cognitive disorders.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Set up in 2015, it is managed by ADERA, a structure of Bordeaux University, and makes, through research service or collaborative project, the technological and scientific innovations developed at the heart of the laboratory accessible to consists of a researcher expert in nutrition and neuroscience, 2 engineers specialized in behavioural analysis, biochemistry and molecular biology, and a biostatistician. The team also benefits from the support and expertise of two scientific managers from the NutriNeuro laboratory. The transfer unit also relies on the expertise of NutriNeuro researchers to respond to requests from industrial
